The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce presented the 2018 Chesapeake State of the City luncheon at the Chesapeake Conference Center.  Mayor Rick West gave the keynote address, highlighting successes of the past year, addressing challenges and opportunities, and providing a glimpse into the City's future.
